I am very impressed by the attitude and immediate response of staff on reception following the disturbance during early hours on Monday 14th November by workmen cleaning a grease trap. I am very grateful for their acknowledgment and appreciation of the inconvenience.

For the small number of hours I used the room it was exactly what I wanted. I could catch the tram outside the door and come back the same way which was great.
