Position, close to public transport, CBD, fabulous restaurants in walking distance from apartment.
Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there.

Kevin and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with from our check in to our check out 2 days later... The best 1 1/2 hr wine tasting in the region.. Lotus Villa was everything that we wanted. The restaurant was exceptional. Nothing to fault. Will definately be back again soon!

the location was fabulous and even better if you have a boat. We did and had our own mooring out the front of our apartment.The apartments were very comfortable and there was lots to d. We didnt even touch the surface of the lakes in our 4 days and will definetely be back.

Absolutely stunning, clean, luxurious and modern rooms with a huge emphasis on glamour. Staff/owners went out of their way to accommodate both mine and my friend's family. Would absolutely recommend these apartments/rooms/studios to anyone who wants affordable luxury in Ballarat. Everything you could ever want in a room, very well planned and thought out. Staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful, went out of their way. Our rooms couldn't have been more comfortable - really value for money, not depressing like some motel rooms. And to be right on the river was just beautiful. -

we liked everything about this villa we were in except for the front steps we are all over 70 and pretty fit but the steps were steep. The back ones were better but didnt have a hand rail.But beside that the villa was beautiful clean comfortable beds nice outside.We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. -
