Staff were very friendly. All children under 12 free using existing
bedding, suitable for family with young kids on a budget but wanted to
have a proper accommodation. They mistakenly charged credit card upon
booking (supposed to charge upon arrival) and were a bit slow in
responding to complaints but we suspected they upgraded our room and

The hotel is located just out of the CBD in a leafy location yet still within very easy reach of everything. Staff were very helpful, one of the receptionists very quickly provided us with accurate and detailed directions to our onward location, avoiding all toll roads. Another very quickly and efficiently resolved a minor air conditioning issue.

We had a fantastic stay at the St Kilda Quest. We loved the fact that the Apartments are so close to the all forms of public transport yet still close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, parks, pubs and supermarkets.
When we had had enough sightseeing we would wander back to the apartment and just chill in the relaxing environment.

We loved the location, the layout, the comfy bed, the spacious unit, the air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom, the full size kitchen and fridge, the staff, the welcome, the car park, the co-operative staff when we needed to leave our car after checkout.

It's excellent, the people are so nice and generous. Since we are a couple coming for our honeymoon, the manager provided an upgraded room with a big belcony where we can see beautiful mountain view. In a word, it's a memorable experience, we really appreciate that. -

We pretty much got exactly what was advertised. It wasn't much, but it was clean, comfortable and an enjoyable relief to come back to after spending the daytime being a tourist. Friendly, helpful staff on reception.
I am very impressed by the attitude and immediate response of staff on reception following the disturbance during early hours on Monday 14th November by workmen cleaning a grease trap.
I am very grateful for their acknowledgment and appreciation of the inconvenience.

I only needed a room for one night and it was as I expected for the price. It was convenient and comfortable without any big fuss. Did lack a dining table.
I was in single bed room. Cheapest I could get.
Awesome location - a little bit of noise as you'd expect.
The little bit of interaction I had with the staff was positive - they were very polite.

The location is great, very close to most of the shopping malls. The room is clean, with all necessary facilities. The staff were friendly and professional. The motel room was clean and a good size. The kitchen was small and compact and we were able to prepare and cook meals to save money. It was nice and quiet and the beds were firm but comfortable. We would have no hesitation in returning to that motel when we visit Melbourne again.

Room was in a fantastic location, wildlife just outside, great view and ( for us ) perfect weather. As well as this the bed was great and spa bath was magnificant.

We arrived after 8pm at night and were given a warm welcome by Andrew who was also very helpful. The twin beds were super comfortable and we loved the new bathroom. -

It is not a luxury hotel and is at the lower end of the price scale, but it is excellent for what it was. The place was kept immaculately clean and the staff were assiduous and very helpful. They were extremely good in serving breakfast, which was another bonus, and the front desk team were very friendly and accommodating. I thought this hotel superb value. It is right beside South Yarra Metro station, which has very frequent service 6 minute to and from the central part of Melbourne.

The Hotel is what is advertises to be, A budget hotel. it has all of the basics required to sleep in for the night. We were a family of 4 on a one night stop over. Family room was sufficient for our purpose (to sleep after 18 hour travel).

Price was fantastic.Considering this is a budget hotel, I was shocked
that towels were changed on a daily basis, have stayed same amount of
time at more expensive hotels & not had towels changed at all during
stays. Staff were very friendly & very helpful. Fantastic place for
the budget conscience with a fantastic location.
