We were greeted with a smile and very friendly response even though it was right on closing time for reception. Made us feel very welcome. Beds were very comfortable, something that is really important to us when we travel. Breakfast was great and value for money. Very pleasant stay.

We had a problem with the door lock after hours and Peter worked very hard to get it sorted out as quickly as possible. He had to call in a locksmith to gain access to our room. Nice modern linen even though old fashioned (yet well appointed) rooms. Warm on freezing night, good TV. It was great to have breakfast as part of package (in dining room) and late check out (10am). Friendly staff and good service was much appreciated. Better than 2 other motels stayed at along the same street! Thank you -

Absolutely brilliant! Staff was excellent! I accidentally booked the wrong room and but was not a problem to fix that up and put us in the room I ment to book. Quiet location. Didn't hear any traffic noise. Facilities were ample and clean. Extra pillows provided and plenty of room for luggage. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be boo
