The friendliness of the staff. We had a problem with the door lock after hours and Peter worked very hard to get it sorted out as quickly as possible. He had to call in a locksmith to gain access to our room. He placed us in a vacant room so that we did not have to stay outside in the cold. I was most impressed by the way he looked after us during this time and cannot thank them enough for their consideration. Well done to the Crystal Fountain Motel.

Will be back and recommending to others. Thankyou Crystal Fountain. Excellent value for money- great facilities. The bbq pool and spa is a fantastic draw card for a little hotel! And to be clean and well maintained is an added bonus. The late check in was great too. Very convenient for our trip. As a single older lady I did not want to leave my room at night for an evening meal. Despite the fact they did not do room service on weekends the staff were more than happy to provide a meal for me which was much appreciated. comfortable, well-lit room; spacious - including bathroom and shower. Sauna and spa pool available at no extra cost ! Albury is a really nice small rural city - lovely botanic gardens and excellent plant nursery. We were grandparents travelling with a 10 and an 11 yr old boy. They loved the spa and its easy access. We enjoyed the room and breakfast delivered to the room. Very spacious room. Bed and linen clean and tidy. Supply with dishwashing liquid and cloth. Swimming pool with sparkling water, though not yet the swim season. Not too much road noise, parking easy out front, large bathroom. Great stopover on a road trip. Loved Soden's pub for family friendly dining. Very comfortable bed and a great place for a stop over between Sydney and Melbourne. The restaurant next door was very good. The room was clean and comfortable.It was a good size and had all we needed. The owner was also very hospitable. The Hotel was very accomadating to what we needed and the service was fantastic. Very clean and tidy and the pool and spa and surrounds were lovely. It was everything we needed and a little bit more. Spa and Sauna. Check in smooth. Nice gardens. Very comfortable very good'. The place was very clean. Kids loved the pool. i liked everything. Large clean room. Nothing. Probably the swarm of bugs in the room on a very hot night. It is likely only a transient issue but some bug zappers outside might help reduce their number. might have to share the spa and sauna ? (but we didn't, as it turned out). Perhaps the sauna stove could have more protective sheilding - if patrons were to slip on wet floor a burn could result. Nothing. Double bed too small for comfort for those used to a king size! Wi-fi signal a bit too weak in the furthest unit. N/A. The rooms could do with upgrading . Cheap coffee in the rooms! (Minor issue). Parking a little cramped for longer cars. Maybe mark lines so that people park on a diagonal Microwave a bit small - couldn't put a babies bottle in as it wouldn't fit. Nothing. Staff, facilities ( tv not working, some bulb in main room not working as well) Room was not warm and after ask for extra heater no response until we checkout. Very poor service.
