He had to call in a locksmith to gain access to our room. He placed us in a vacant room so that we did not have to stay outside in the cold.   Absolutely brilliant! Staff was excellent! I accidentally booked the wrong room and but was not a problem to fix that up and put us in the room I ment to book. Quiet location. Didn't hear any traffic noise. Facilities were ample and clean. Extra pillows provided and plenty of room for luggage.
