  The staff are very friendly and helpful, happily supplementing room supplies with fresh milk for tea etc when requested. Spectacular views from the rooms and the restaurant, and my 12 year old son loved the cooked breakfast. There are two paths leaving the hotel grounds which take you straight up the Malvern Hills - 20 minutes to the top and even b... hva folk sier » etter views. The hotel is also very quiet. - A non chain family run hotel with friendly helpful staff. Food was excellent in terms of quality and quantity and the cellar was comprehensive. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bedding fresh (sounds and obvious comment to make but I have come across some horrors in London). Location was beautiful and the parking ample. The best hotel I have stayed in for a long time.

  The setting is stunning, and although the hotel is on a main road, it is quite quiet, and what road noise there is, does not seem to penetrate into the hotel.   We had a very warm welcome, and even the offer of a meal, as we were too tired to go out on arrival. Our bedroom and bathroom were both very beautifully appointed and comfortable. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was huge and kept us both going for most of the day. Couldn't have been better and made our weekend away very enjoyable.
