Great High Street location, especially when day trippers went home. Small enough to offer a warm and friendly welcome. Comfortable, very well appointed room, communal honesty bar. Free parking arranged in adjacent small supermarket. High quality restaurant (à la carte a touch expensive but a reasonable table d'hôte) Freshly cooked breakfast. DVD and iPod dock. A nicely coordinated style overall.

Excellent location in Main Street but free of noise due to glazing but still with the option of having a window open. Liked the availability of the general area for guests outside of rooms. From when we walked through the door to when we left all staff where pleasant and welcoming,all around broadway you will find a relax feel and warm welcome,the russel fish and chip shop around the corner was so nice and cooked fresh to order and the service there was excellant as well,would stay here again. Love the separate area with tea/ coffee facilities which is free - lovely touch! There is an ice machine with choices of wines and spirits you can also have and you just fill out a card to say what you had. Very clean room and warm! Relaxing and peaceful!!. stayed in 2 dog friendly rooms, very comfortable with all mod cons. Lovely breakfast and great village location.
