The staff are friendly, easy access to a restaurant, the staff reserve a table for you should you wish to eat at the restaurant. As a PI guest, we had a voucher which gave us a buy one get one free at the restaurant which was great! Obviously, this was a promotion, so we're not sure how often this happens. What a gem! Beautiful setting, was able to sit next to river and have a drink on arrival. Lovely out door areas, also a court yard with cover from sun or rain.

Situated in a splendid location the Nevill Arms visitor is greeted by friendly, welcoming and attentive staff.
The rooms are well appointed, bright and airy with facilities not always found in some more expensive hotels.
The menu has choices to suit all tastes; the food was very well presented using quality locally sourced produce.
Our only regret was that our stay was too short.

The family room was excellent lots of space for two adults and two young children. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. The staff made us feel very welcome and very helpful! The Mountsorrel is a good guest house which has easy access for both Loughborough & Leicester & nearby countryside. It is well maintained & decorated with most elements a visitor might need. The owners are friendly & helpful. The parking is good too.

I was called on the day of my stay - wow never expected that. So lovely to feel that our custom is valued. We arrived later in the evening but the receptionist (could not see her Name - no glasses on!) was so lovely and friendly as was her colleague on the morning we left. Never been to such a friendly place. -

Rooms a third bigger than we imagined and recently refurbished. Heating efficient and responsive. Restaurant Staff extremely helpful and kind to my 90 year old Mum who was with us in another room. Did toast etc for us and really looked,after us despite cafe being very busy.
