We certainly tested their 24hr service as due to a hectic schedule we checked in, following a call to them earlier in the evening, at nearly 1am. I stayed at the Ibis with a couple of friends to watch the ManCity/Leicester Cup game.
The Hotel is spotless,the staff are really friendly,the room was clean and comfortable,perfect location,and excellent value for money.
We would recommend this Hotel to anyone.
If we were looking for a City break elsewhere,Ibis would be first Hotel to look for. -

Very good value for money. Excellent location (close to the train
station). The room is very practical with ample space (for two),
relaxing beds, and a very acceptable shower. The staff was friendly, and
the price very good (35 pounds per night). If other Ibis hotels are like
that, they can count as in as future customers.

Excellent value room (413) which was clean and tidy. Lovely modern
bathroom with walk in shower Bed was comfortable but wish they would
forfeit a little space for a king bed! We always stay here if the price
is right when needing to stay in the heart of the city. Breakfast
included for £40 is unbeatable. Lovely staff who are very welcoming. -

The way we were welcomed by the receptionist who booked us in. The way she and her colleague helped when I left the lights on and had a flat battery. The hotel was lovely, it's a lovely old building with some nice features. The staff were very friendly, room very comfortable and a great location in the centre of town. It was everything we wanted. - Excellent value and even got a free upgrade to an executive suite.
