  We had a brilliant room with sea views which was cleaned daily to a very high standard and the girl on reception, Emily, couldn't have been more helpful and professional, offering tips on where to go locally and helping us extensively with any queries we had, booking taxis for us at the cheapest price available, she made our stay incredibly easy a... hva folk sier » nd enjoyable! We would like to thank her for all her help.The other staff on reception were equally as friendly and helpful, we have never stayed at a - Well we picked a good time to go as there was a carnival on the day we arrived which was very good and beer festival with music which was enjoyable. The hotel entertainment was also good. We were extremely impressed with Emily on reception she was polite and very helpful at all times.

  The Friendliness of the staff. It was my birthday and they treated me that extra bit special. The hotel was warm and cosy and very welcoming, - The staff were very helpful and friendly.

  After 3 days in hot London...the Merlin Court Hotel was a breath of fresh air...and what a find. Michael and his wife were very friendly and helpful...the hotel was clean comfortable and decorated beautifully. Large lounge downstairs allowed us to sit and chat in comfort and use the WIFI available. The breakfast was top notch!!
