  Lovely location in residential area just one street back from promenade and less than 5 minute walk to Pleasure Beach. Owners friendly and very efficient. Breakfast was excellent and so was bar meal at night. We had our dog with us and she was very welcome in hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for them.It was an absolute joy staying thier and i will be going again. I also recomend this hotel to anyone thinking of going to Blackpool.
