Our room was at the top of the building and was decorated nicely and beds were comfy, mirror was broken (but not like that is end of the world). We only wanted to sleep here and have a good breakfast in the morning which we did. Cereal, juice, coffee/tea and full cooked breaskfast with toast. -

I'm so glad that I saw the reviews of The Address on letsbookhotel.com and
changed from my usual preference in Blackpool. The welcome I received,
offered tea or coffee and the fact my room was available in the morning
meant I didn't have to "just drop my bag off" but could

Mr. and Mrs. Robinson were very gracious and hospitable hosts; very friendly, kind and sincere!
The B&B was very clean and felt safe. It was only a 5 minute walk into the city centre. I stayed in a small double room, which was cosy and warm. The bathroom was clean and had a heated towel rack - the shower had hot water whenever I needed it and decent water pressure.
Breakfast was made to order, and delicious!
Overall, great value for money and a wonderful experience because of Mr. and Mrs

The staff firtst and foremost, Julie the manager is the friendliest person you could ever meet and the staff are very frienldy too, you are made to feel welcome from start to finish which makes your holiday go smoothly and you go away very happy, this is the second time me and my husband have stayed and it was our wedding anniversary and my husbands birthday, we got cards and cake from the manager our little flower and would highly recommend it to anyone. :) :) :)
