The hotel was clean, fresh and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and the owner, in particular, went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was pleasant. She had a wealth of knowledge about the local amenities and facilities and was more than happy to share that knowledge in recommending places to eat, things to do and also how to make the most of public transport. Superb. The staff were very friendly, Kate made our stay extremley enjoyable! During our time there we paid for the massages (at an excellent price!!!!) They were brilliant, we would definatley stay again just to have another massage! Although the hotel is quite far from the town there is a tram stop on the door step and also no noise from the centre!.

The breakfast was great, the room was ideal and the whole hotel was very clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice relaxing break in Blackpool in a spotless friendly hotel. The hotel was exceptional for both cleanliness and friendliness. I travelled on my own - it was not a holiday, but a family emergency. All in all I was there for 7 nights. The hotel had a wonderful smell of aromotherapy oils, which made it even more tranquil. I would recommend to anyone.Everything. This is a superb little hotel for those wanting a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of Blackpool. There is a bus and tram stop accross the road which means that access to the town centre is easy and reasonably cheap. I can not ercomend this hotel highly enough. The hotel was great value for money. Perhaps a selection of pictures indicating all room types would be more beneficial.Room slightly cramped, breakfast menu boring. decaf coffee. the staff were never around. N/A. Very hot room, the fan did help. 10am checkout - what is that about?. There was a distinct smell of either sewage or drains in the first room we were offered and that smell seemed to be throughout the hotel. Too hot in the room on a hot day, no fan or air conditioning. A bit noisy during the night due to some whirring noise and plumbing.The open plan bathroom. We didn'T. The room was supposed to be En suite not a corner of theroom!! It was very embarrasing and we have been married for 4 years!!.

As featured on BBC North West Tonight, this 15-bedroom award-winning hotel is all centrally heated with double glazing to keep noise to a minimum for guests. The hotel is open all year round.

The hotel has a therapist on duty every day for residents or non residents wanting to try an alternative therapy, such as reiki, Indian head massage, hot stone massage, reflexology, Quantum Touch therapy, DNA activation, theta healing or shamanic healing.

For lovers of single malt whisky, the hotel has a wide selection from 30 year old Scottish to Ireland's finest and an American range from Jack Daniels to Southern Comfort. The selection of wine is growing all the time for the more conservative palate.

The hotel restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner. Vegetarian dishes are also available.

The hotel is owned by Kate Burns, Master and Teacher of the global network of the Feng Shui Research Centre, Toronto, and an executive member of the Feng Shui Society in London. Travelling information

From the m55 follow signs for the airport-A5320 Progress Way. This will become Squires Gate Lane. Follow this road past the airport until you reach the Promenade. Turn right towards Blackpool Tower/Town Centre, the Feng Shui Hotel is 300 yards along the Promenade from the traffic lights. Free parking at the front of the hotel or metered parking on the promenade.
