  We had an awesome stay for 2D1N. The staffs were very friendly and sincere. There are a few of them who could speak very good English. Meals are served at the L2 restaurant but the lady staff made great effort to explain to us what each dishes is and how we should eat them. We - The hotel was just excellent. We stayed a couple of days in the center of Kyoto and decided to come to this hotel for one night of relaxation and we loved it! A lot of staff which were very friendly and attentive. Spacious rooms and excellent food quality. The dinner and breakfast were amazing and the onsen great. We had a full body massage though expensive it was one of the best I've ever had.
