  1. The owner of the property is so nice and friendly. We check in very late, but they leave a note on the door, and takes only five mins to send the key to us. 2. The facility is full of surprise. They run a ski gear renting shop, they gave us a 25% discount on the gear hire, which is almost half of the price of other store. 4. The o - Friendly and flexible staff. Yotei from the room; the bed are soft and comfortable, all staffs can speak a good standard English, they are friendly and helpful. I take this opportunity of thanking them, especially is Mr Jung, he provided us many suggestions for the trip planning once we booked the hotel. My husband and I have a great and fantastic experience at Chalet Ivy Hotel , also in Kutch
