  1. The owner of the property is so nice and friendly. We check in very late, but they leave a note on the door, and takes only five mins to send the key to us. 2. The facility is full of surprise.   The hotel was conveniently located near the mountain resort, and also a great location for dining out and night-life around Hirafu Village. Despite the proximity to everything, the hotel featured a driver to provide transportation to any nearby location at no cost. The hotel is also extremely new and the facilities are clean and elegant. I take this opportunity of thanking them, especially is Mr Jung, he provided us many suggestions for the trip planning once we booked the hotel.
