  Nice hotel, staff very very helpful (the lady at the front desk book us a restaurant nearby the hotel to dinner Kobe beef and walk with us to the restaurant to make sure everything was fine). So room, japanese breakfast, location...everything was perfect. - Best location , only 5 mins walk to Sannomiya station, many restaurants, good breakfast ,... hva folk sier » clean room with reasonable space. There is accsess to laundry facilities. 20 mins. to The Harbourland ,well worth the walk.

The shared bathroom facilities were also clean to a high standard.
