  Alt, totalopplevelsen var den beste på vår reise av 5 hoteller i Italia. Hotellet er veldig sentralt, ikke langt fra kanalen, Marcus plassen, etc og likevel rolig. Pluss for en veldig hyggelig restaurant i bakgården. - Fantastisk rom, romslig med høy standard.

  Were able to sleep 5 in one room for the night, very affordable, in the heart of the city, and easy enough to get to from the airport via the Alilaguna water service. We did have to haul all our cruise luggage through the streets from the stop, and over 2 canals, but was worth it in the end for the location.   We stayed at the Casanova apartment. The owner met us in the square where the apartment is and he was very friendly and showed us around the flat, gave us a map of the city, told us where the nearest vaporetto stop, supermarket etc is located. The flat is very central, only a few minutes walk from St Mark's square (must be the most crowded place... hva folk sier » I have ever seen in my life) and equally close to Rialto bridge. When I booked the place, reading all the reviews I was convinced there would be no - The apartment (vivaldi) was very clean and the staff friendly. They didn't have a booking for our last day so they let us check out at 6pm. The apartment is not only central but in a proper strategic spot, everything was only 5 minutes away. It was warm, comfortable and gave lots of privacy. The two bedrooms were on the opposite sides of the apartment. The best thing was the terrace on top of the roof.
