  I was pleased with this hotel in every way! The price was more than I wanted to pay but, realizing lodging in Venice is expensive, I left feeling quite satisfied with my stay there. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and attractive, the a/c worked, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. A - The apartment was in a good location, only being about 500 meters to the grand canal at the San Silvestro stop in S. Polo. It was situated between Campo Aponal and a grocery store at the other end of the alley. It was neat and clean with air conditioning that worked great. It was had ample supplies for the kitchen and bathroom. I highly recommend staying there.

  The hotel is very well located. It is very close form the train station and a couple steps from the bus and taxi station. You can easily reach San Marco by foot and easily get back by boat.
