distance. This is a family run, apartment kind of hotel with no
reception. You ring the bell and sign in in the upper communal area. Our
friends stayed in a three star hotel down the road and we were not
allowed in to have some rest with them but instead was treated like
animals. This one didnt mind and everyone was allowed to join the

Everything was great.
Very spacious room and a nice welcome with a bottle of champagne (we were travelling on our honeymoon). We enjoyed the view on a small romantic channel with gondolas passing by (there are some rooms with windows overlooking the Grand Canal).
Excellent location, easy to find and get to (next to a water bus stop),and great for sightseeing and shopping (just a short stroll from San Marco with all designer stores on the way).

We stayed one night at the Palazzo Peruta in April. The staff were extremely gracious in honouring a booking that I had made for the Junior Suite, despite me making an error in the booking for the wrong date, they managed to be able to give us the room that we wanted.
The staff were extremely polite and helpful with instructions on how to get around the city, and looked after our baggage when we went for a walk about the city after we had checked out.
The room was simply gorgeous - exquisitely

We stayed in a 2/Bedroom 6 sleeper apartment which we found to be very spacious, well appointed and clean. The staff were very helpful. Being our first visit to Venice and having read that it was a little difficult to find (true as the venue is not well sign-posted), we called the duty manager from the nearest water taxi stop (S.
