Alt, totalopplevelsen var den beste på vår reise av 5 hoteller i Italia. Hotellet er veldig sentralt, ikke langt fra kanalen, Marcus plassen, etc og likevel rolig. Pluss for en veldig hyggelig restaurant i bakgården. - Fantastisk rom, romslig med høy standard.

This hotel is a gem. The room was fantastic, easy walk to San Marco and the staff was lovely. I would highly recommend it. If you are physically impaired, access is difficult as it it on the third floor (only 5 glorious rooms). This place should be 4 stars!!! - This was perfect for a short stay in Venice. All that really matters is excellent: location, pleasant and competent staff, facilities, cleanliness. Breakfast was very good, but it`s main selling point is the terrace in which it is served - on top of the rooftop above the Grand Cannal with the most magnificent view.

This is a top notch hotel. Very nice rooms with nice big bathrooms. We received a room upgrade so I can't speak on a standard room. Our suite with adjoining rooms was, however, excellent++. I enjoy leaving here since it very closed to Accademia varporetto, 10 minutes to San Marco, no worries for meal as you will surrounded with restaurants (a bit expensive for us). The room is big, private bathroom, and refrigerator. The cleaness also good, but for us the floor is a bit dusty.. overall is pleasant living there.
