  The room was cool and comfortable. Really enjoyed dinner on the terrace, food was delicious and the wine was outstanding. M.Blet is very knowledgeable about the local wines and the wine list at the chateau is excellent. Breakfast was way above the usual standard in France, ask for the fresh goat's cheese and honey. - Chateau de Siran is lovely si... hva folk sier » tuated in a less visited, lovely wine district with lots of nature and interesting, old villages. The chateau is a quiet place with excellent staff. Highly recommended for people that look for an attractive and interesting setting off the beaten tracks.
