The location was good with lovely views from the large balcony and a 3 minute drive to the telecabine.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The apartments were well kept and clean with excellent linen.
Ax is a really pretty spa town with nice places to eat and drink. It is ideal for a famiy ski holiday.

The friendliness of staff. It was a lovely studio flat. Very near to Ax-les-Thermes but a bit of a walk to centre. Microwave, pots and pans available as well as cutlery which we missed as in cupboard and bought our own.

The location was superb, right in the centre of town. Breakfast was good - including delicious croissants (!) - and the room was a perfect size for us, clean and comfortable. Perhaps the room was a bit old / tired but not a problem at all. We really enjoyed our stay in this region. -

We booked on a Tuesday morning for two nights and arrived the same afternoon and because it was the end of the season, there was no pressure to check out at 12 noon on the Thursday. So we had a leisurely departure at 1.30pm. -
Staff were lovely, room was great - fully equipped for cooking etc. Very comfortable and spacious living area. Secure.
