  The rooms are clean and comfortable and look to have been recently refurbished. The staff were friendly and spoke English. The restaurant is plain and the food good. The hotel is situated in the middle of the most beautiful countryside and is only 16 minutes drive from Claude Monet's house and garden.   Our hosts were so welcoming and so very friendly that we wished we could stay longer. The room we had was very spacious, the kitchen has all you need, there is a small lounge area as well.   Owners made us especially welcome; we felt like personal guests in the home of a particularly hospitable couple. Huge room & bathroom. Lovely grounds & great views across the Seine valley.
