Along with the very beautifully located house made our stay very nice. The city of fayence is just big enough for having a bit of a choice for dinner and small enough not to be flooded by tourists. perfect.

The owners couldn't have been friendlier. They had long conversations with my fiance which really helped him improve his French and took an active interest in making out stay as good as possible. The breakfast was amazing and the garden area outside our room was beautiful.

We loved, liked, enjoyed everything. Absolutely an ideal retreat in the pine forest. Very good breakfast. Clean. Relaxing. But the advantage of Mas des Selves is Frank himself, the owner, heart and soul of the place. He would do anything to satisfy and help you during your stay. It is a place you call home and want to stay longer. A bit out of track and isolated but absolutely worth the effort to find it.

We had a short but very nice stay at the maison du Bonheur - and the name is program! One must keep in mind that it is a guest room and not a hotel. We had a warm welcome, stayed in a room which was comfortable, appealing and quiet (even located towards the road) and enjoyed the breakfast at a convenient time. It was a pleasure!

Run by a very friendly and helpful couple. This is French chambres d'hote at its best. Beautifully furnished room with ante-room and bathroom. Superb breakfast. We left at 6.45am but they insisted on providing breakfast before we left.

Can't get much closer to the water than this, sits right on the ocean. Room has been refurbished, big bathroom and both very clean. Unfortunatly we ate a late lunch before arriving, think this might be an icon for food, would love to have eaten dinner here. -

I had a pleasent stay at the swimming pool, not a large one but sufficient.
One can make nice trips in the area (St.Tropez etc), and Patrick can give you good tips in his perfect English (or French). For me it felt very home as if I had an own place in the VAR. -
