  Impressive from the outside and even better within with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bar / sitting area with a range of art to look at. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en-suite. The spa facilities were spotless & there's a lovely pool area. The old city is literally on the doorstep waiting to be explored - Beautif... hva folk sier » ul comfortable elegant hotel. Right in the centre of Rouen, although you wouldn't notice from inside. Great bar, especially enjoyed the artwork. Didn't use the spa facilities on this occassion so couldn't comment. Wonderful weekend in Rouen.

  I loved that it was so central. We were also able to park behind the hotel. The staff are friendly and courteous, and the rooms comfortable and clean.I also realised that the price from your website is very much less than we would have paid at the hotel itself. - This is an ideal situation in Rouen. The standards seem to be maintained very well.

  The room was very clean and spotless after being cleaned each morning ,and it was loverly and warm during the cold spring nights , the rooms have all been re fitted to a high standard so dont be fooled by the casino entrance the hotel on the 3rd floor is loverly also the staff left us to do exactly what we wished to do but were always willing to h... hva folk sier » elp , very close to all the shops and loverly cafe's and many resturants and close to the spa and beech ,it was just what we wanted , I will use it ag - Staff were very friendly and very helpful. They were very accommodating and stored our cycles safely, even getting them out in the morning for us for the early ferry. The bedroom was clean and equipped with toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent location for the beach, shops, ferry etc.

  Very good food in the restaurant and good value for money - truly 4* hotel-so often nothing like the blurb put out elsewhere we have stayed over the years.Everything was without fault,even the fragrance in entrance lobby was stunning.Breakfast was excellent quality,even coffee was the real stuff-not always given to you in France nowadays.
