The building is a wonderful grand old hotel, the room, on the third floor is sympathetically decorated, very comfortable and has a beautiful outlook across the town and Lake Bourget. We had breakfast on the verandah each day.

The location was a short stroll from town and a beautiful view from our balcony across the town and lake was superb. Isabelle was the perfect host, the breakfast fabulous and the room very comfortable, even in the heat! Will definitely return again soon!

Friendly and helpful staff, very good modern facilities, and good food. Free Spa was a luxury given the heat and the amount of cycling we did. Stayed for four nights to watch two stages of the Tour de France. Will use it as a base to the French Alps again next year. - Everything looks new and is very well decorated. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself was lovely and cosy. The room was ideal for what we needed, the breakfast buffet was worth every Euro. Really reasonably priced and central to where we were going.
Close to all amenities. Staff are very friendly and they have a swimming pool for those hot summer days.

i have stayed in Aix Les Bains before but always in the centre of town. this hotel is a further out and a lot quieter as it is back from the main road, so for peaceful stay this is a very good hotel.
