  Only stayed for an overnight but Mark & Tina were excellent hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Weather was good so dinner on the terrace with two other guests made the evening. Breakfast was also excellent. We felt totally looked after. It was quiet and overlooked the inner courtyard. Décor was interesting. Conveniently located near the railway station and tram lines, without being too close.

  The member of staff on duty was extremely helpful, polite and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was so compfy I had a very quiet and pleasant sleep. I cant recommend this hotel enough, I aim to stay here again on my next stop in France. The location was excellent right off the main motorway.   Ideal overnight stop on our way south and also on the way home. Easy to find. We had a dog with us and we were given a room which accessed straight from the car park which was perfect. Probably the best bed we have ever slept in and I am trying to source the same in the UK. Food was good, nothing special but fine for an overnight stay. This one in particular is remarkable as it sits within 50 metres of the Le Mans circuit: it would be an amazing place to stay while the 24 Heures is happening (though it's already booked out for 2014).

However within minutes they had arranged a huge 'Privilege' room and someone was there with extra towels and the 3rd bed.   Reception and the attitude of the receptionists (all of them) to problem solving, their courtesy and good humour. They dealt with the problem outlined in the red box very well and should be commended. It is only when things go wrong that one realises the quality of staff. You have excellent staff.
