The food and its location - The Hotel was in fact close to the Sanctuary as it states. It was also nice to have a restaurant at the hotel. The food was good but a little over-priced.

Apartment was fully equipped, spacious and comfortable. Staff were really helpful and even did our washing for us whilst we went out for the day. Location is adjacent to a golf course so is very quiet. Surrounding area is beautiful -

Lock up garage offered on arrival which was very good (9 euros per night). Staff all pleasant and room very adequate. -
The hotel was centrally located and we were given a free upgrade. the staff were friendly and helpful.

We used this as a stopover on a motorcycle tour of the Pyrenees. When we checked in, the lady could not have been more helpful in offering to carry helmets, bags, jackets etc to the room and showing us the facilities There was a gentleman there who spoke superb english (who was also a motorcyclist) who was able to give us local knowledge on the times of the road closures for the mountain passes due to maintenance. Although this resulted in us leaving the hotel very early the next morning before

We received a very warm welcome when we arrived. We were given a map of Cordes Sur Ciel in English on arrival and a tourist map of the area. The restaurant next door was closed on the Sunday night but the hotel rang a nearby pizzeria to see if it was open. We ate in the restaurant next door on the first night and that was super. -
