The family room was ideal for a couple with 2 kids and the double room perfect for a couple. - During our stay, my husband became ill and required the services ofboth a doctor and a medical lab for tests. The hotel staff found bothof them for us and was exceptionally kind and efficient. Pendant notresejour, mon mari est tombe malade est il avait besoin d'un medecin etune laboratoire. Tout le monde a ete tres gentil a nous - un grandmerci a tous.

The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The food and service were very good. We chose this hotel for two reasons: we were en-route to Switzerland, and this hotel had a secure garage and was ideally located for the motorway. We will definitely stay there again and hopefully one day see more of Reims. - good hotel parking , central locat

This was our first Novotel experience and will definitely make us look
into staying in one again. It was like somebody had designed a hotel
room from scratch and they seemed to have thought of everything. Loved
the room dividers, great bright lights in the bathroom, blackout blinds,
the big desk on wheels, the fridge, microwave and tea kettle, the
complimentary toiletries and snacks (what budget hotel still does

sauna was nice but turn it on first and then go in the pool - took a while to heat up. -
