As we arrived on our Moto's the Hotel owner was there to great us, he immediatly let us in the secure garage, charging us 10 euro for all three bikes. the location was good very near the Chateau, which in turn is very close to the old town. the triple room for three was great, three single beds nice shower, all you'd expect -

Priced very reasonable given the quality and cleanliness.
My room faced the courtyard so it was very quiet.
I'd definitely stay again.

Ideally situated for the short walk around the corner to catch the tram into the city which was so much easier than trying to drive in. The hotel was easy to find from the Nantes ring road. Good location, friendly staff. Nice breakfast. - Quiet street, room was spacey and decorated with simple furniture, and was clean and fresh. Bathroom in very good condition. Cosy breakfastroom, pretty atmosphere. Very close to trainstation.

The staff was committed but not always efficient. Checkin was fast and friendyl, but it tok 15 minutes to get a receipt on checking out. and the breakfast is not buffet, you get served individually so when there are a few people in the restaurant room it takes time.

The staff in reception were outstandingly helpful. We had arrived by bicycle and they were very attentive to our needs. In particular, in the evening a huge storm developed which made it all but impossible to walk into Guerande for a meal. The young lady in reception organised a taxi for us and then made us a coffee while we waited. She was wonder
