The hotel is lovely. We were in a "grand chambre" with views of the Pyrennes. It was spacious and quiet, separated from main hotel building across a lovely courtyard. Our building had a leisure room with pool table, so we played some games while drinking great wine before dinner. The location is central to nearby attractions and great hikes.

The staff were very good. The Hotel accepted dogs without a supplement
or a stupid (Campanile this is you) 10kg size limit. This was a basic,
clean stop with friendly staff. -
Every thing was fine, food was good value, staff were helpful and could speak a bit English which helped.

The owner Elisabeth is very helpful and friendly. She is the best person to meet the needs of any pilgrim in Lourdes. The room is not big but very comfortable and the best of all, there is a chapel in this B&B. There are lots of information leaflets and pamphlets too. We are frequent visitors to Lourdes and can honestly say this was the best place we have stayed in yet. Elizabeth,the owner has managed to develop an hotel which very much enhances the pilgrim experience through sensitive focus on the non commercial aspects of Lourdes.It was a slice of heaven. C,est tres calme et tres beau. Merci Elizabeth. We will return.

The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming. The hotel rooms were big, clean and just-recently renovated. Breakfast and dinner were good reasonably priced. Dog-friendly. Free parking in the areas around the hotel. For the price we paid, an excellent value-for-your-money.
