  The staff were happy to help at all times, they recommended excellent local restaurants and facilities. The room (duplex apartment) was perfect for two adults and three young children (not babies as the kids bedroom is on a mezzanine with steep stairs) the apartment was well equipped and nice and clean. I would recommend this to anyone wanting eas... hva folk sier » y access to the ski slopes and withing walking distance to the village. - Excellent big room with comfortable beds and soundproofing (we had a room overlooking what was a busy road in the morning). Good situation for all local facilties. Wi-Fi worked fine. Free parking always available. Clean, functional hotel. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

  This hotel is a1min walk from the swimming beach at the beautiful lake at Annecy. A short taxi ride from the station and a comfortable and pleasant 15 min stroll along the lake edge to the very charming town of Annecy.   Excellent location - covenient for both the cable car and the village centre. Extremey friendly and helpful management and staff. Recently refurbed so had a new feel to it. Ski hire shop located below the hotel which offered discounts for hotel residents. - Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely breakfast and very homely and welcoming feel
