Beautiful hotel with nicely appointed rooms. The hotel was at an easy distance to drive from the city and was easy to find in the daylight - more difficult at night. - Very friendly staff and excellent evening meal. Very convenient for Nimes airport.

It was the perfect place to stay if you want to experience the beauty of the countryside in Provence. It had character and charm. Our host spoke fluent English and made us very welcome into her beautiful historically renovated estate. Very nice and we'll equipped hotel. Beautifully restaurated castle; all done with a clear view, it just fits. Friendly and warm staff, felt like being part of the family, without loosing it's professionality. Extremely good price-quality! Superb french cuisine with good chosen winelist. Last but not least: Great swimmingpool.... We had a perfect time!

The hotel is in the historic centre of Nimes, most of which is a pedestrian area, within easy walking distance of all the Roman buildings to be seen there. The city itself is worth a visit for its refurbished buildings and many boutiques. The hotel itself is in a 17th century building of great architectural value, but comfortably renovated.

The location is great, the room was large and clean. The receptionist was extremely helpful. The only problem could be the parking, but we offloaded the bags and parked the car in the public parking 3 minutes away (11.5 Euro/day). - The room was stunning and dressed tastefully with a mix of modern furniture and rustic decor. Very friendly welcome and given lots of verbal information about the
area. The room, although not spacious was adequate for our needs. Our
room had a little seating area outside to sit during the day or evening.
After a days touring of the area, it was nice to come back to the hotel
for a swim in the pool. -
