  Everything was excellent. Deserves more than 3 stars. Near the citadel and Calvi centre, still in quiet surrondings. The swimming pool was nice and not crowded. Excellent restaurant both for breakfast and dinner. Convenient to have a refrigerator with mini bar in the room. We stayed at this hotel twice this summer.   We couldn't fault any aspect of this hotel. The warm and efficient welcome was excellent. The website states that check-in is until 20:00hrs but as our ferry only docked at 20:00hrs we didn't get to the hotel until about 20:30hrs and this was not an issue at all. The room was delightfully quirky! The location is great for ferry terminal, access to... hva folk sier » bars and restaurants and car hire pick up. The hotel were more than happy to keep our luggage whilst we went to collect our car the next day and then - Spent one night in Bastia waiting to catch the ferry. Great location close to the port. Rooms comfortable with interesting interior design. Good internet access in the room. Very obliging regarding storage of our bicycles within the hotel.

  Location,location,location! Beautiful hotel located on the port within walking distance of the old town. The boardwalk restaurant & bar (B52) was fantastic! B52 also offered $7.00 euro (AM) coffee,croissant & bread seaside on the port...beautiful way to start the day! Totally a place to see & be seen!   Location was good within easy walk of all the main sights. Loads of restaurants of various types and price ranges within a few minutes walk. Very clean and modern room and bathroom, comfortable big bed! Kettle in room was a bonus. ask for a sea view though - it makes all the difference. Fun to watch the donkey's in the citadelle moat just opposite... hva folk sier » ! Beach just across the road to right of citadelle and down steps. Walk around the bay away from the port and there is an amazing childrens playground - The location was perfect, the old town, the beach and several restaurants within walking distance. Our room was upgraded and we had a terrific view of the Meditearrean. The maids did a fabulous job best I have seen and we have travelled a lot. Breakfast was good and taxi to the airport was right on time.

  Ideally placed for all of the attractions / sites - The manager spoke good enlish and was very helpfull, the room was clean, the position of the hotel was perfect, an adequate breakfast was included.
