The people that run the apartments are simply the best! Very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable new and clean and kept that way. Brand new hotel. Furniture, crockery etc are of very good quality.Excellent combination of Apartment and Hotel. Despite being givenas an apartment, it is cleaned on daily basis which is great, espwith families. - The fact that it has been fully refurbished recently, and that it is actually a small two-room flat for a very low price!

We liked the helpful/friendly staff and the well designed accommodation with external roller shutters for added security; together with the swipe card access system.The swimming pool was an added bonus.Very laid back atmosphere all round. Very important points for us: the residence “ Carlton “ is located very close to the beach, supermarket, bus station, train station. Staff is very friendly and can answer all your questions. If you tired of the beach you can have trip by bus to the nearest cities Nice, Monaco, and others (ticket by bus 1,5 euro). We would like to return to this residence next year.

supermarket, directly opposite. It is only a 300 metre walk to the tram
stop which is handy.

Location and overall, the place is beutiful with little boats and channels. Ducks are waking you up in the morning and during the night silence is almost unbelievable (for us from big cities). Studios are small, but well equped and organized. -

Great view and away from the busy road. Next to a lovely park and easy access to trains to Nice, Cannes etc. Good kitchen with free use of fridge and microwave. - The room was pretty large for the european hotel. There was free parking place on the underground parking.
