The Residence is situated 5 min. walking (or less) from the city centre, bus station, train station and the beach. It was really nice and calm. If you tired of the beach you can have trip by bus to the nearest cities Nice, Monaco, and others (ticket by bus 1,5 euro). We would like to return to this residence next year.

  The staffs at the reception were really helpful. they know a lot about Nice, where to eat, what to do & even provided us with map and train timetable. The train station to monte carlo on 4 blocks fr the hotel! The room suits our need. We travelled with a baby so it was good to have a kitchenette. Carrefour just across the street, easy to get any essentials there. - We liked the well equipped kitchen. There were cleaning materials including dishwasher tablets. The parking was very secure with lift access to the hotel. The only thing was that the decor, although modern, was a bit dark and the furnishings did not make the room inviting. There is a large shopping complex containing a Carrefours supermarket, directly opposite. It is only a 300 metre walk to the tram stop which is handy.

  Location and overall, the place is beutiful with little boats and channels. Ducks are waking you up in the morning and during the night silence is almost unbelievable (for us from big cities). Studios are small, but well equped and organized. - Really nice located place by the river. Very pleasent stuf.
