  The location was right beside the Nice Ville Train Station. Can easily walk to anywhere in Nice or take a train to Monaco or Cannes! Pierre is very friendly, just remember to brush up on your French. It has a wonderful bathroom/shower.   The friendly atmosphere and the owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room I shared with friends was very large clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for accessing beach and public transport. We all had a fabulous time staying at home sweet home and we were able to access the kitchen for drinks at anytime day or nigh... hva folk sier » t which was a good bonus. We all said if we return to Nice we would certainly stay at Home Sweet Home without hesitation. - Geneviève(the owner) is kind and helpful, she recommended me several places to visit, and even helped me for the information of car renting. The house is neat and spacious, also clean and well organized. I really enjoyed the staying there!

  At Villa Saphir you are being treated as at a five-star hotel. Madame Annie is attentive and helpful and there is nothing that she won´t do for you. At breakfast you are placed privately in a beautiful garden, even though there are more guests than you. Breakfast is sumptuous, abundant and delicious. Villa Saphir is close to restaurants, the tramway and trains, only a few tramway stations from - Annie was the most helpful and friendly host, very down to earth. I needed help to get a bus ticket which she helped me with. She also took me to catch the bus the following morning at 6:30 am, for which I am extremely grateful. The room was large, with wifi, bathroom, comfortable bed, and a nice view from the window. Annie gave me information on how to catch the buses to and from the ancient area.
