  Staff very friendly - The room and ensuite were newly refurbished in an interesting arty style and bright colours, which I liked. The room seemed so new, as if I was the first person to stay in it! Hopefully it will age well. The hotel is in a sidestreet, so not too much traffic noise, but very convenient for Gare du Nord.

  The best hotel we've stayed in in Paris. We travel there regularly for business and this hotel was a real find. Immaculate and really modern. Smaller than hotel rooms in the UK but definitely one of the bigger rooms in Paris that I've stayed in. I don't know how the location would be for sightseeing although you can get everywhere on the tube (two... hva folk sier » stations within two minutes walk of the hotel). We were also very happy with the service in the hotel, all spoke English and one lady spent a good 15 - Location was very good and close to metro. A few metro stations away from all attractions. Nice staff. Clean room, comfortable, everything functional in bathroom and room. Comfy bed. Good restaurant options close by (bistros and brasserie). Totally recommend Brasserie Renaissance.

  Afraid to end up in a smudgy small sized noisy french hotel with bored personnel, this was complete opposite: of course the room was a bit small, just like the beds (I'm almost 2m), but don't go to France if you don't want that.   I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, they speak many languages. The subway is very very close and the area is nice. - Could not get a better location as 2 train stations and so many great restaurants were within walking distance.

  I liked the location because it's next to 2 metro stations... if you are arrivng by train the easiest way is to take the metro from Gare du nord to gare du l'est and you are right at the hotel's street. the breakfast is pretty much the same every day, but very good for starting the day.
