  The reception staff were brilliant, very helpful. I emailed the hotel a couple of times and they answered very quickly and dealt with my quiries. Including the transfer into disney (which was free). We were a party of 12. including children. Did seem more geared up for business, but this didn't bother us. We have a lovely stay and were closed to Disney, just what we needed. Thanks

  Location and for an overnight stay , was really good .You know what you get from an ibis budget. Clean and comfortable. - room was very clean and reasonable for price. Shop center behind the hotel , which was very useful.

  The receptionist changed my room to a bigger one as my 2 kids were with me without fuss, very friendly staffs. Clean room, a/c and quiet. Overall it was great.
