The infrastructure (Japanese trend) of the Hotel and the staff service was exactly in line with what we were searching for and what we could expect of a 4 star hotel.

The staff were amazingly helpful in all ways. They helped us get around the city easily, gave good suggestions for meals and were always gracious and patient! The room was a bit small but outfitted with great storage, very cozy, comfortable and outfitted with little details. Very very clean! The view onto the terrace was so quaint and beautiful! our bus ticket for the wrong day and didn't find out until the day
of and the friendly Receptionist helped us contact the agency to rectify
the issue. Thank goodness! The location was close to Gare du Nord and
easy to find. The metro is a block away and very convenient (just be
mindful of pickpockets when you are entering the metro, anywhere in
Paris, as a matter of fact). This Best Western is also located 10
minutes away
