  Lovely staff who as a regular guest always seem to remember the extra chair I like in my room and mugs with handles. Well done all of you. Fantastic food. If you stay have diner its delicious. 24Hr concierge so no problems with delayed arrival as happened to us when ferry was 5 hrs late. 2 mins from large Carrefour so handy for last minute wine/ch... hva folk sier » eese shopping to take home. Perfect place to stay for visiting d day landings. Spacious rooms with plenty of space in disabled rooms. - Proximity to Ferry-Port. Well designed approach and welcoming area. Clever washing cubicle... very ingenious, Good beds although overall colour-scheme a bit dour... needs a re-think but stylish when new no doubt. Staff exceedingly helpful despite our quirky ways. Very nice Hotel with excellent Restaurant and good Breakfast.

  Very welcoming atmosphere, lovely room and good beds. The hosts have a sense of humour and are helpful in finding what people are interested in and finding their way in and around Ouistreham. We just stayed for one night but are considering staying in this hotel and bicycling daily to Caen, when we will have our next training in March.Thanks - Warm... hva folk sier » friendly atmosphere. Very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Should be rated a 4 star hotel not 2 star.

  the hotel staff was very courteous, quick to respond to my questions. The food was excellent and the wine selection very good. The room was small but I was travelling alone, so it was plenty sufficient, comfortable and clean. - Quiet environment. Pleasant bathroom and relaxed atmosphere. Restaurant on the premises. Allow dogs .

  We stayed here one night before an early morning ferry departure so left before breakfast. Our first floor (no lift)standard twin room with sea view (No.27) was a decent size with modest décor and carpet. Beds very comfortable with good linen. The room looked out over the road and attractive public gardens to the sea. Good wifi connection in room.... hva folk sier » Bathroom very small but adequate - very good shower. We enjoyed a good evening meal in the very stylish restaurant. Free car parking in the hotel gro - We had a very good welcome when we arrived and check in was quick and efficient. The room was comfortable and had a wonderful view of the coastline and beach. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent although I would have preferred a better choice or cereal (perhaps some muesli). It was very conveniently placed for the ferry to UK.
