He sorted out our car parking personally for us, which was much appreciated as the redevelopment of the tram system is stressful for driving. Fine ,adequate breakfast.   Everything was just so perfect. Such a lovely melange of old and new and modern "assembled" in such a tasteful way. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly to say the least. The bathroom was "to die for" as it was large, bright and came with beautiful toiletries. The bath tub was HUGE. Staff were efficient and knowledgeable, warm and welcoming.   Rooms were recently refurbished and freshly decorated. We had two adjoining rooms for a family of 5, the layout was excellent. The decor was quirky but a lot of thought had gone into it - the kids loved the Tintin theme in their room! The free wifi worked well. - The location in the main centre is the strongest advantage. We were provided with the nice black and white style room, something rarely expected from the low cost hotel.
