The owner/staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal or walikng into town center. The Voillle Sailing Regatta was in full swing...very exciting! My wife and I loved the owners resident dog and 21 year old cat! Breakfasts were delicious...the pool inviting! The outside bar fun!! We will definitely go back to this wonderful hotel. -

Upon arrival, which was very late at night we were shown to our room which only had twin beds. At once the receptionist apologised and asked us to wait in the room for a few minutes, while he went away to see if he could locate for us a double room. Upon his return he showed us to a magnificent Art Deco decorated double, which also included a glittery silver bath, plus we had a fantastic view of the Mediterranean. I spend over 150 nights per year in hotels around Europe, but I'll always remember the 9 days I stayed at La Pérouse in early January 2009. The paroramic view from my room (504) onto the Baie des Anges, the city below and snow-capped mountains around was simply spectacular. Very courteous and helpful staff with unassuming manners. - Nice candies :)

This is a great little hotel which would suit anyone,but if like us you are wanting someone secure to park your car and then forget about it,then this is the place. Hotel has good location close to a tram station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are of decent size, additional benefit is that the hotel is new. Parking place is available in the basement.
We spent there two nights, one on our way to Provence, the second on our way back home. On the second occasion we were upgraded to a bigger room without additional payment. This was very kind gesture of receptionist. I would certainly recomend this hotel.

It was amazing hotel with a great city view. We did not want to make a reservation near the beach that is why it was a great pleasure to stay there. For all travelers by car it has a great location and free parking in front. Please check the e-mail before arrival, owners will write you all information about entrance. Front desk is not working 24h

The best view of Nice you can get in a private hotel. The bus from downtown stops directly in front of the hotel, so easy to get around.The owners are also travelers and know how to make your stay in Nice most enjoyable. The food is all fresh and prepared by the owners. We took dinner at the hotel both nights and would do it again.
