When we arrived at the hotel the parking was plentiful the girl who served us was very pleasant and helpful the wine choice was good and the room was spotless and it was nice to have tea making facilities.

I loved that it was so central. We were also able to park behind the hotel. The staff are friendly and courteous, and the rooms comfortable and clean.I also realised that the price from your website is very much less than we would have paid at the hotel itself. - This is an ideal situation in Rouen. The underground car parking is a boon.

Staff was pleasant and helpful, especially the young man who ran my suitcase up three flights of stairs. The location was perfect for a quick visit to Rouen. Looking out my window at a Gothic building was very atmospheric.

don't know the name (Asian madam). Very helpful and nice - a real
enjoy after a tiring exhausted trip.
2. Polyglot staff for all language tastes.
3. Clean rooms. We were granted a room on the higher floor by request without any problem.

Parking, it's possible to leave car in the parking even after check-out in the morning, so it's really nice if you walk to the city center and dont need to think about parking in Rouen

Impressive from the outside and even better within with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bar / sitting area with a range of art to look at. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en-suite. The spa facilities were spotless & there's a lovely pool area. The old city is literally on the doorstep waiting to be explored -

Family owned and operated. Extremely helpful and friendly. Made excellent recommendations for restaurants convenient to the hotel and for travel in the Rouen area, as we had a car.
