The rooms were very clean. The bathroom fixtures had been recently replaced. The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating and they even allowed me to use their printer to print an important document that I needed that day. The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming. The hotel rooms were big, clean and just-recently renovated. Breakfast and dinner were good reasonably priced. Dog-friendly. Free parking in the areas around the hotel. For the price we paid, an excellent value-for-your-money.

The hotel is perfect for us we were able to cook and enjoyed our stay so much.The hotel's 2 bedroom accomodations exceeded our expectations, each room has it's own kitchenette , toilets and bathrooms which made our stay truly comfortable and easy.. ... hva folk sier » et hotel in europe. - The room was big, clean and comfortable and the kitchenette was well equipped. The bathroom and bath towels were also spotlessly clean. We arrived at 1 a.m. due to train delay and hotel staff Crystal was kind enough to come and check us in. The hotel is close the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the Sanctuaries. There is a bus stop nearby.

Less than 10 minutes walk to sanctuary, castle and the town.
Less than 5 minutes taxi ride to the train station.
Very good wifi connection even inside the room. This allows us to watch other English TV channels via streaming on our iPads.
English speaking and helpful staff...special mention to Fidela (sorry if the spelling is wrong). He even helped us to board our luggage on the taxi.

The people were friendly and helpful. They tried to assist us even
though there was a language problem. The walk to the site was an easy
walk. The price of the accomadations was extremely reasonable. We stayed
in Paris and the bathroom was 1/3 the size. It was nice to have a
large shower rather then the small closet we showered in Paris.

From check-in to departure our stay at Residence du Soleil was enjoyable and relaxing. Staff were courteous and helpful and appeared to have a genuine interest in making stay as le as possible. The hotel is well situated for access to the Domaine and the town. C'est tres calme, tres jolie.We are regular visitors to Lourdes and will almost certainly return to Residence du Soliel.
