  If you do not plan to spend a lot of time in hotel and have a car, this hotel is an excellent choice! It has a free parking and it is located right net to ski rental shop. Also it is only 15 minute drive away from Chamonix ski lifts. The facilities available in the hotel are quite limited (no pool or sauna) but if you only need the hotel to get a ... hva folk sier » good rest after busy day on a mountain, this hotel will do that - the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. - It was a simple hotel with good standard, good beds, clean shower and simple breakfast at a good price. Very near the main cabin lift Bellevue for Les Houches, 3 good restaurants and rent places for skis and boots. Bus stop to Chamonix also near, with free service for hotel guest in the area.

  The hotel facilities were great, in particular the pool (quite deep so excellent for kids to dive in) and the sauna (much appreciated after a day of skiing). The food was wonderful with a different array of dishes every night for the buffet dinner.   Sandra, the owner, couldn't do enough for you. One of the most happy and helpful propreiters I have ever come across and on more than one occasion Sandra went above and beyond the call of duty for my group. Very impressive lady with a big heart. Even if Les Houches is a bit outside Chamonix (8 km / 5 mi) the advantage is that it is cheaper
