  Staff were friendly and capable. The facility is well maintained and clean. Bathroom was modern (loved the shower). We were there to enjoy Les Baux and the surroundings. Did some shopping and dining in nearby villages - Mausanne, Fontivielle - and enjoyed them very much. We found this hotel a wonderful base from which to walk the area. There was plenty of room to relax and the facilities looked extensive. The restaurant was not open the night we stayed, but there was a good range in the town about two kilometres away.

  I had heard lots of good things about Oustau and it did not disappoint. The grounds are stunning. We stayed at the Manoir in a room with a terrace. It basically had it's own private patio. The room itself was quite large and had a more rustic charm, the bathroom was fantastic and updated with all the amenities. The gardens and the main property w... hva folk sier » ere beautiful as well. We ate lunch at the 2 star Michelin restaurant at the hotel. It was very pricey (as expected) but definitely worthwhile. As one - It was a fantastic experience. The staff was very friendly and the food in the restaurant to die for.
