The staff were highly attentive, especially Fernando, who I believe was the manager. He made us feel very special given it was a birthday trip. Extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful and well located, walking distance to the shops and Pope's palace. The rooms are huge by European standards and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

the hotel is small with very friendly staff, a lovely garden to relax in and very close to some wonderful restaurants. The area is very interesting with lots to do and yet quiet enough to relax. The lady on reception was very helpful. A good basic hotel for the price, especially at Festival time in Avignon. The walk in to Avignon was unexpectedly pleasant with a cycle track running beside the river. The walk to the TGV station was also not as far as expected. -
